Mind, Body & Breath

After experiencing my first savasana (final resting pose) I got very curious about the practice of yoga. Since then my fascination and devotion with the intimate connection of body, mind and breath continues to deepen.

I weave this into my daily life through embodied practices, turning to nature and the elements for guidance, sitting in deep self-inquiry and calling upon the practice of yoga.
