SUKI KERMES
Hi! I’m Suki. I’m a woman, mama, friend and forever student who honors the Divine Feminine. I’ve come to find that deep rest practices, slowing down in nature, somatic movement and self-inquiry all aid in honing one’s intuition and nourish our being in a deeply supportive way. Yoga has been a lifeline for me along my journey, and it’s a joy to share what I’ve learned with others so that they may feel supported and nourished.
SHE/HER/THEY
THE JOURNEY INWARD
I experienced my first taste of what yoga was all about when a friend led an impromptu class back in college. That first time at the end of class in Savasana - final resting pose - will always be with me. My curiosity was forever sparked as to the potential of what living a life aligned with the practice of yoga had to offer.
I never intended to teach yoga - rather I enrolled in my first teacher training solely as an antidote to the rigorous demands of my job at the time in wildlife rescue. I’d spent my entire younger years working with and around animals, no intention to work with humans. Looking back one common thread is I had always had a role in helping support others.

Reminding you of the radiant and divine being you are.
MY GREATEST TEACHERS
Along with over 500 hours of yoga training, I’ve lived in a body that’s endured various traumas, anxiety, childbirths both at home and emergency cesareans. Learning to live a conscious, embodied life was the only way through for me.
My greatest teachers are my children, my body and Mother Nature. My children - whose wise spirits guide me to listen and whose births undid me and reformed me. My body - and all her wisdom when I step into an embodied way of being. Mother Nature - who never ceases to reflect what it is we need to know if we just slow down enough to listen & live in reciprocity.
